Attention DSD Plan Review Specialists
At the DSD Labor-Management Committee meeting on Tuesday, September 14th, your DSD management brought forth a proposal to restructure counter services in the department. MEA requested a written description of the proposal, along with an implementation plan in order to identify any issues that might trigger the meet and confer process. DSD management agreed to provide the documents for MEA to review.
In the meantime, MEA would like to get feedback from as many Plan Review Specialists as possible. Although DSD management indicated that you are in favor of the restructuring, we know that some might be hesitant to speak in opposition of the proposal, especially in front of your managers.
