Sharp Health Plan Flu Shot Information
Sharp Health Plan covers the flu shot for enrollees under your preventive care services at no additional charge. Here’s what you can do to get vaccinated today.
Your primary care physician
Contact your primary care physician (PCP) to schedule an appointment and get your flu shot. You can find your PCP’s contact information on your member ID card. No copayment applies for the flu vaccine administration only. If the flu vaccine is provided as part of an office visit, the regular physician office copayment will apply.
CVS MinuteClinic If you prefer another convenient option for receiving a flu shot, MinuteClinics® are walk-in medical clinics located inside select CVS Pharmacy® stores nationwide. Flu shots have a $10 convenience fee. Find a CVS
MinuteClinic location near you. (Note: SCMG members have a standard PCP copay for this service.)

Sharp Community Medical Group (SCMG):
Sharp Community Medical Group (SCMG) is committed to helping you avoid illness and stay healthy. Ask your doctor if you can receive flu vaccine in their office, or go to a SCMG authorized flu vaccine provider.
Rady Children’s Health Network (RCHN): Members should call their provider and/or refer to the following website: RCHN flu health prevention
Greater Tri-Cities (GTC), Primary Care Associates Medical Group (PCAMG), and Independent Medical Group: Members should call their provider.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends that everyone six months and older get a flu vaccine each year.
