Aflac Wellness Benefits and Direct Deposit Options

What are wellness benefits?

Do you get paid to see your doctor? Aflac wellness benefits are designed to provide members with a cash incentive to see your doctor on a regular basis. Regardless of what your health insurance charges for the visit, these wellness benefits reward policyholders for getting a wide range of examinations.

How do I file a claim?

The easiest way to file a claim is to call the MEA Benefits Department (888.217.9175) or to contact Will Stover at wstover@integratedlabor.com. Once the form is returned to MEA, it will be processed and submitted to Aflac. Aflac’s Claims Department tends to process all wellness benefits within 1 business day of receiving the claim. Depending on the mail, you could have your check within 3-4 business days of submitting your claim. If that is not fast enough, you can request an Aflac direct deposit form in order to have the funds deposited into your account the same day it is processed.

Here is a list of the most popular plans and their respective wellness benefits:

What do current policyholders say?

“I’ve been a policy holder with AFLAC for a few years and I’ve had nothing but good experiences with them.  When my claim was submitted, I received my check in the mail within a week….Now that will make you go to the doctor, get check-ups on time, keep up your health and get paid for going to the doctor…….You can’t beat that!” -Alisa, Chollas
