DSD LMC Update

Your DSD Labor-Management Committee met on June 20, 2017 and discussed the following information:

1. Status of Accela implementation – due to some personnel-related setbacks, the implementation of Accela was pushed back and is now targeted for mid-July. This is the department’s number one priority. Additional training will be provided.
2. Status of new building at 101 Ash – Director Vacchi reported that there is no new information regarding the new building since we met last month. MEA requested additional information about the cubicles – what they look like, how they can be laid out, how computers can be set up, etc. We want to ensure that the City follows the Administrative Regulation on office space. HR will also ensure the AR is followed.
