Skyler joined MEA in 2020 as a Labor Relations Officer. Skyler graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from the University of Phoenix in 2015. He has over 10 years of experience in the realm of Human Resources with the focus on employee relations, benefits, worker’s compensation, employee training, along with conflict resolution and employee advocacy. His industry experience includes Food and Beverage where he oversaw 3 international airports (San Diego, Dallas Fort Worth and Denver) and supported roughly 200+ employees. He also has worked Human Resources within the County of San Diego supporting several different departments during his tenure which included Public Works, Animal Services, and Central Human Resources.

In Skyler’s spare time he enjoys hiking, traveling, trying out new restaurants, and hanging out with family and friends for a game night.
